Simon has been with the firm since 2016 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial law from his past experience with a mid-tier Auckland law firm and in the commercial banking sector.  His experience gives him a broad understanding of the business landscape along with a comprehensive understanding of legal and business principles, which enables him to provide effective solutions to his clients.

His expertise lies in commercial law.  He genuinely enjoys assisting clients with matters such as company formation, contract negotiations, and property transactions.

Simon finds joy in his family life. He and his wife, Alice, have three wonderful children, and weekends are busy with their various activities and interests. He is an avid follower of the Warriors rugby league team and continues his lifelong passion for cricket by playing for his local club.

In addition to his legal pursuits, Simon has interests in the kiwifruit industry, where he owns an orchard, and the forestry industry, where he has invested in a forest. These ventures reflect his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to exploring diverse opportunities and helps him provide his clients with a valuable and broad understanding of both the legal ramifications and the business issues they may face.
